Instructor Profile:	Graham began his Tai Chi journey in January 1998 with one of the WU styles, from the Wu Chuan You lineage. In late 2003 Graham learnt the Yang 24 forms from his new Tai Chi buddy, Gary Shaw. Gary also introduced him to Dr Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Health programs around 2003-04 . Graham’s interest in these programs led him to obtain both TCA part 1 and 2 in 2004. In 2005, he followed up the TCA with TCB, then broadened his knowledge by attending Dr Paul Lam’s one week workshop in Sarasota FL, completing the 36 Chen Forms. During June 2007 Graham attended the USA workshop in Terre Haute IN, where he gained certification in Tai Chi for Osteoporosis and the Sun 73 forms. In 2008 Graham updated existing certifications and added Tai Chi for Diabetes. He uses the Tai Ch for Health programs in all his classes, either as the main program working with doctor’s referrals, or in private gyms as an introduction to Tai Chi, as a base for beginners . For the more experienced pupils, the Sun 73 and the Yang 24 forms are implemented. Graham is currently expanding his knowledge of Tai Chi by learning Fan and Sword forms, whilst still updating the Tai Chi for Health programs. He also recently obtained certification in 18 Shibashi Qigong.
